Full-service design is a service where your entire project is managed from conception to completion and can be customized to your unique needs. Our team will handle every aspect of the design process—from sourcing items, placing orders, to styling those final decorative objects on your mantel—so you can simply relax and enjoy the finished product.

Working with a designer you trust means you will have an advocate representing you as you navigate through a world of contractors and critical design decisions that will have a significant—and beautiful—impact on your home. Designers also save you time, money, and relieve you of stress so you can focus more on what matters most to you.

Deni + Dove Interiors creates custom interiors for individuals who have exquisite taste, but very little time. Our clients are typically those who see the value in professional design services: They trust our values, opinions, aesthetic style, and understand the time and investment needed to create the home of their dreams.

You should hire an interior designer whenever you're feeing overwhelmed by design choices, need guidance on how to best utilize a challenging layout, or, want a thoughtfully-curated space in your home. In terms of timing, it's best to bring in a designer at the beginning of the design process before any construction commences. Ideally, the designer should be brought in first to collaborate with any contractors, architects, or builders to ensure that a cohesive vision is executed.

At Deni + Dove Interiors, we follow a five-step design process lasting several months, or more, depending on the project scope. We begin with a two-hour at-home consultation to assess the project scope and better understand your style, functional needs, and investment level. We start the design aspect by creating mood boards and concept designs before moving on to product sourcing and the design presentation stage. From there, we will oversee any construction or renovation work to be done and will manage the ordering, tracking, delivery, and storage of your items. Once everything has been received, our team, along with our trusted movers and installers, will spend approximately 1-5 days installing and styling your items to perfection.

Since every interior design project is unique, the timeline for each project will vary greatly based on the scope of work and how quickly we are able to make decisions. Please keep in mind that occasional variables outside of our control may cause delays including factory errors, backordered items, and construction issues. A good rule of thumb is to allow 4-9 months for the design of a single room with furnishings and basic renovation work. Large-scale projects, such as new construction and extensive renovations, generally require 9-15 months on average.

Yes, our business model is based on all purchasing and execution going through our company. While it may be tempting to procure items on your own to save money, we find this route winds up costing our clients more money and a lot of frustration because of quality and scale mistakes that are made.

We are based in New Jersey and primarily service the Bergen County, Essex County, Morris County, and Union County areas, in addition to the surrounding metropolitan area. However, if we decide we are a good fit for your project, we can work with you to figure out the logistics of a long-distance project.

Each project is unique and carefully evaluated based on the overall amount of work anticipated to manage your project. We structure our pricing using a model that takes projected hours, the square footage of the space, and the complexity of the project into account.
